Diagnosis. Elongate body with or without keel. Leaf-shaped scales as major sclerites, and with oar-shaped, pallet-shaped, or laminar scales scattered between them. With common atrio-buccal cavity. Monoserial radula with four denticles that narrow distally, neighboring denticles usually joined at the apex, or radula lacking. With or without dorsoterminal sensory organ.
