Antarctoscyphus elongatus (Jäderholm, 1904) Sertularella elongata — Totton, 1930: 199. Material examined. Stn 14, stem fragment 15 mm long (NIWA 117547); Stn 53, two stems up to 45 mm high (NIWA 117548); Stn 198, stem 14 mm high on gravel (MNCN 2.03/619). Ecology and distribution. Revised by Peña Cantero et al. (1999) and Peña Cantero (2006). Eurybathic species collected at depths from 10 (Naumov & Stepanjants, 1972) to 1958 m (Peña Cantero 2012); present material from 197 to 451 m, epilithic on gravel. Antarctic-Kerguelen distribution (Peña Cantero 2012).
