Description
Summary:The files provided here include eddy covariance and meteorological measurements made at the Daring Lake dwarf-shrub tundra site (CA-DL1) in Canada's Northwest Territories between 2004 and 2017. These measurements were used to force and validate the Canadian Land Surface Scheme Including biogeochemical Cycles (CLASSIC; https://cccma.gitlab.io/classic_pages/) v1.0.1 including shrub and sedge plant functional types (PFTs) presented in the manuscript Simulating shrubs and their energy and carbon dioxide fluxes in Canada's Low Arctic with the Canadian Land Surface Scheme Including biogeochemical Cycles (CLASSIC) submitted to Biogeosciences . The atmospheric forcing variables to run CLASSIC as well as model outputs shown in the manuscript are provided here. MATLAB scripts used to produce the Figures in the manuscript are also available.
