Holotype Private collection of Vercammen-Grandjean (original data), RMCA (Vercammen-Grandjean 1965a) (? – not found). Distribution Uganda (Entebbe), DR Congo (Shabunda, Luvungi, Bukavu). Hosts Canis lupus familiaris (type host), Centropus grillii , Oenomys hypoxanthus , Otomys tropicalis , Pelomys fallax.
