Summary:Archaeoscina steenstrupi (Bovallius, 1885) Southwest Pacific: 1198702 , 14/1270, [57°34’S 125°06’30”W], 851–933 m. Remarks : An uncommon species with a world-wide distribution, rarely recorded, probably because it is a relatively fragile species easily destroyed in plankton hauls, and prefers deeper waters (200–500 m).
