These MatLab files contain all the data processing and analysis for the article. They also reproducde all the figures. Everything can be done by running the file "Wrapper_Arctic_phyto.m". The satellite data needs to be downloaded beforehand and paths in the "Wrapper_Arctic_phyto.m" need to be adapted accordingly.
