The results of my study are to appear in an article "The emergence of hierarchical alignment in Northern Khanty: a comparative dialectal corpus study" submitted to the journal "Linguistica Uralica". The dataset contains mannualy annotated transitive clauses from four Northern Khanty dialects: Kazym, Obdorsk, Shuryshkary, and Tegi. Transitive clauses here are active and passive clauses containing at least two overtly and/or pronominally expressed core arguments Parameters: voice, conjugation, person, animacy, uniqueness/maximality, familiarity The sources are: (1) an unpublished corpus of Northern Khanty (Kazym, Tegi, Shuryshkary) compiled by Egor Kashkin, (2) an online corpus of Obdorsk Khanty from the database "Endangered Languages and Cultures of Siberia".
