Description
Summary:Scripts were used to generate all the analysis (figures and tables) found in Levine, X., Williams, R., Marshall, G., Orr, A., Seland Graff, L., Handorf, D., Karpechko, A., Köhler, R., Wijngaard, R., Johnston, N., Lee, H., Nieradzik, L., and Mooney, P.: Storylines of Summer Arctic climate change constrained by Barents-Kara Sea and Arctic tropospheric warming for climate risks assessment. All *sh scripts were used to generate climatological mean fields on an uniform grid (from raw CMIP6 data available on ESGF node). The main script is master_clim_files.sh All *py scripts were used to produce tables and figures found in the Levine et al. The main script is plot_Storylines.py NB: Paths have been removed from the scripts as they were specific to the creator's HPC system. To run the script, one need to specify the data path (where the original CMIP6 data can be found), as well as the path where scripts are run and the path where intermediate files are stored.
