Distribution: South Andaman region, India 20, Great Nicobar Island, Andaman Sea 21, Bay of Bengal 13, Indian Ocean 11, Mediterranean waters 26, Vitória-Trindade Seamount Chain, South Atlantic Ocean 35, Brazil waters 29, Mexican waters, Pacific Ocean 33, Australian waters 31.
