The research systematizes the experience of the North Atlantic Alliance in the field of introduction of advanced technologies of strategic communications from the military and security perspective. The research reveals the essence and specific nature of strategic communications modeling as the newest tool of strategic management. The research proves the interrelation of the globalization and technologicalization processes with the transformation of information and communication technologies. The emphasis is put on the multidimensionality of understanding of the research issues, which is due to the complexity of formalization of the strategic communications tool.
