Dimensions.--Body-length= 0.711 mm., max. width= 0.026 mm., oesophagus=0.0 7 0 mm., t a i l=0.8 0 mm., α=2 7.3 5, β=10.16, γ=8.8 9. In my material also a very faded female and an adult specimen o f a Monhysterid were recorded, which in the shape of the h e a d (buccal cavity, lateral organs) a n d the tail seem t o agree r a the r well w i t h this marine saprophagous species. The cuticle is smooth and the head is rounded, provided with very short, submedian bristles. Buccal c a v i t y small, funnel-shaped. Lateral organs situated 15/z behind the front end, probably rounded. (Esophagus short, posteriorly gradually thickened.
