Summary:Plectus geophilus de Man. de Man, 1884, pp. 112-113, pl. xvii, fig. 71. Dimensions.--Body-length: 0.652 mm., max. width s 0.0 1 3 mm., oesophagu s:0.1 9 7 ram., tail: 0. 0 6 5 ram., α= 5 0. 1 5, β= 3.33, y= 10.03. Very similar t o P geophilus de Man in the shape o f the buccal c a v i t y and rather cylindrical tail. It differs, however, from that species in the slender, more elongated bristles a n d in the lateral organs being situated at a greater distance behind the front end than de Man figured them.
