Summary:These are the MATLAB and Python software files associated with our publication "Modulation Analysis of Whistler Mode Sidebands in VLF Triggered Emissions and Implications for Conditions of Nonlinear Growth". The files (1) matGetVariable.m, (2) matGetHeader.m, (3) timedomainextract_continuous.m, and (4) MixedModulation_Minuit_continuous_exp.py are associated with fitting our mixed modulation equation (Equation 5) to the Siple VLF injection experiment data (see DOI10.5281/zenodo.1045594). The files (5) Omura_BWs.m and (6) OmuraEquation_PostLA_Update.m are associated with our sideband modeling equations based off of the work done by Omura et al. [2008]. ...
