Summary:Genus Hyptiolaimus Cobb, 1930 The monospecific genus Hyptiolaimus was created by Cobb (1930) with the original description of H. cephalatus based on a single juvenile specimen in poor condition. Wieser (1953) suggested a synonymy between Hyptiolaimus and Parasaveljevia but he was uncertain.
