Summary:The Sea-level Response to Ice Sheet Evolution (SeaRISE) was a community organized effort to estimate ice sheet contribution to sea-level in the next 100-200 years in response to changes in environmental conditions. The effort started in 2007 and ended in 2014. SeaRISE objectives included: Development of a common dataset for ice sheet models, which became know as the SeaRISE dataset Designing and executing a set of numerical experiments employing a wide range of ice sheet models. SeaRISE resulted in three community papers, and multiple papers by investigators participating in the SeaRISE experiments.
