Summary: | This data set includes the Bering Ecosystem Study ice-ocean Modeling and Assimilation System (BESTMAS) simulated monthly mean sea ice thickness and velocity, snow depth, and surface ocean temperature and velocity over the whole Bering Sea defined here as the area north of the Aleutian Chain up to Bering Strait for the period 1996-2008. Data were collected during the Bering Sea Ecosystem Study-Bering Sea Integrated Ecosystem Research Program (BEST-BSIERP). BEST-BSIERP together are the Bering Sea project. |
