Description
Summary:This dataset contains raw data associated with the paper: "The biogeochemical variability of Arctic thermokarst ponds is reflected by stochastic and niche-driven microbial community assembly processes"It is composed of :- The original (not normalized) OTU (Operational Taxonomic Unit) tables of the bacteria and the microeukaryotes. The sequences of each OTU are stored in the files cluster_representative_sequences_BAC for bacteria and EUK for eukaryotes.- The environmental data of the ponds during the sampling and geographical information- The vegetation composition surrounding the ponds
