Summary:Formica pratensis microsatellite genotypes for Helanterä, Kulmuni & Pamilo.The individual genotypes are presented by nests (the identifier before the comma on each line), indicated by the nest code (nests 1-105 and later found additional nests where the nest code starts with X). The nest code is followed by the genotype of each individual on eleven loci, given as a combination of two three-digit alleles combined into a six-digit diploid genotype. The loci are FE13, FE17, FE19, FE37, FE38, FE42, FE7, FL12, FL20, FL21, FL29. Missing genotypes are marked with 000000.
