Description
Summary:BISICLES ice sheet model with a continuum damage model (CDM) applied on the MISMIP+ geometry for different model settings as described in the "Damage accelerates ice shelf instability and mass loss in Amundsen Sea Embayment" paper. The data set contains model output after 100 model years, for different model settings corresponding to output file names with "damage-A-1.45-meltXXX-WDYYY_year100.hdf5, where: - XXX = the ocean forcing rates ranging from 25 m/year to 100 m/year - YYY = enhanced damage in the shear zone at the grounding line by the local introduction of crevasses (in meter). Additionally a xannel-file is provided where enhanced channelised melting of 20 m/year in the southern shear zone in introduced.
