Пандемия внесла серьезные изменения не только в стратегические планы, но и в тактические мероприятия каждого из экономических участников. Утвержденные до ее начала про граммы и проекты не содержат в себе мер по преодолению складывающих негативных тенденций. Это требует внесения соответствующих корректив, особенно в стратегические планы ресурсофор мирующих проектов. К таким проектам можно отнести и реализуемую в Арктической зоне РФ госу дарственную политику. : The pandemic has made major changes not only in the strategic plans, but also in the tactical ac tions of each of the economic participants. The programs and projects approved before its start do not contain measures to overcome the emerging negative trends. This requires making appropriate adjustments, especially in the strategic plans of resource-generating projects.
