Description
: The hardware and software complex based on an autonomous sectional bottom seismic streamer (HSC ASBS) is designed for detailed 2D and 3D seismic exploration and monitoring of hydrocarbon deposits on marine shelf and in the transit zone. HSC ASBS consists of 30 sections of the digital bottom cable seismic streamers with total length of 6 km, containing 480 5C sensors (2 hydrophones + 3 orthogonal geophones) placed equidistantly by interval of 12.5 m, the radio beacon with autonomous power subsystems based on a diesel generator, the seismic station with GPS synchronization, radio and wi -fi communication channels, the on-board hardware and software complex with software for collecting and controlling the received data.Remote control of the HSC ASBS operation is provided from an accompanying vessel or from a pinger vessel. The time of autonomous work of the HSC ASBS is up to 10 days. Both the single application of the HSC ASBS for marine 2D seismic exploration, as well as the group plots of the HSC ASBS for marine 3D seismic surveys are provided.Distinctive features of the HSC ASBS are: its compactness and the ability to install from small nonspecialized vessels. In addition, the presence of two hydrophones in each sensor provides the possibility of not only spatial positioning, but also the determining of the spatial orientation of each sensor by the acoustic method due to the presence of special ultrasonic channel for the receiving and processing of data. The report presents information about application of HSC ASBS in geophysical investigations at the Gulf of Ob, at the White and Kara Seas, as well as the experience gained during these works and the obtained results.
