Summary: | The article examines the historical aspects of the formation of corruption in Russia as a socially negative phenomenon. Thus, the study indicates the first sources of Russian law, in particular: chronicles at the beginning of the 13th century, the Dvina Charter of 1397-1398, the Pskov Judgment Charter of 1397-1467, the Code of Laws of 1550,in which such acts of corruption as “bribery”, “extortion”, “promise” and “feeding” were mentioned. In addition, the author analyzes the genesis of the formation of the fight against corruption and the regulation of criminal liability for these acts in the history of Russian legislation from the beginning reign of Peter Ito date. ... |
