| Summary: | To date, the main materials for the construction of buildings and structures are concrete, bricks, wood and metal. Increasing the operational characteristics of these materials is a priority task of modern scientific research. Frequent transitions through zero degrees in autumn-spring seasons, other aggressive factors greatly affect the condition and safety of building materials. This paper presents the experience of modification of heavy concrete M 200, light concrete on the basis of local raw materials of Yakutia, and local wood polymeric impregnation "Silor-Ultra". As a result data on increase of strength characteristics of materials are received. |
