The article raises the topic of socialization of children from single-parent families. The features of primary school age in the process of socialization are considered,as well as the psychological features of single-parent families. In modern conditions, it is very difficult for a single-parent family to survive, and one parent is not able to provide for the child financially. Conditions of socialization of a child in a single-parent family have a negative impact on the development and upbringing of children, the formation of their personality, increase the risk of somatic diseases and social maladaptation. This type of family needs not only state support, but also social and pedagogical assistance. The family is one of the main institutions of socialization of the individual, and depending on how the process of socialization will take place, what negative or positive processes will occur in the family, this will grow our future generation. The results of the projective technique "draw your family" are presented, the test "Tree" (author D. Lampen) is adapted by L. P. Ponomarenko, the method of studying the socialization of the personality of students by M. I. Rozhkov. The research was based on the 2nd grade students of the national gymnasium "Aiyy Kyhata "in Yakutsk. The study involved children from single-parent families in the number of 22 people. In the end, we developed guidelines for mothers. : В статье поднимается тема социализации детей из неполных семей. Рассматриваются особенности младшего школьного возраста в процессе социализации, а также рассматриваются психологические особенности неполных семей. В современных условиях неполной семье очень сложно выживать, один родитель не в состоянии материально обеспечивать ребенка. Условия социализации ребенка в неполной семье оказывают негативное влияние на развитие и воспитание детей, становление их личности, повышают риск возникновения соматических заболеваний и социальной дезадаптации. Данный тип семьи нуждается, не только в государственной поддержке, но и в социально-педагогической помощи. Семья является одним из главных институтов социализации личности, и в зависимости от того, как будет проходить процесс социализации, какие, негативные или позитивные, процессы в семье будут происходить, таким и вырастет наше будущее поколение. Представлены результаты проективной методики «Нарисуй свою семью», тест «Дерево» (автор Д.Лампен) адаптирован Л. П. Пономаренко, методика изучения социализированности личности учащихся М.И. Рожкова. Базой исследования стали учащиеся 2 класса МОБУ «Национальная гимназия «Айыы Кыhата»» города Якутска. В исследовании приняли дети из неполных семей в количестве 22 человек. В конце мы разработали методические рекомендации матерям.
