Aircraft can have a significant impact on freight and passenger transportation for the oil and gas industry in the Russian North, the Arctic, Siberia and the Far East. These aerostatic aircraft will complement and significantly expand the capabilities of the oil and gas industry, and will create conditions for accelerating the development and development of new and existing fields. In this regard, the article sets the goal of developing a model for the implementation of an effective oil product transportation system based on the use of airships. To achieve this goal, the tasks of determining each of the elements of this model are solved: social, economic, organizational, legal, technical and technological. The study was conducted using the system approach method. As a result of the study, it was revealed that each element of the proposed model can be represented by a specific specific mechanism, the combination of which is a comprehensive mechanism for the implementation of an effective system for transporting oil and oil products, which creates the conditions for the practical implementation of the developed model. : Воздушные суда могут оказать существенное влияние на грузовые и пассажирские перевозки для нефтегазовой отрасли в условиях российского севера, Арктики, Сибири и Дальнего Востока. Эти аэростатические воздушные суда дополнят и значительно расширят возможности нефтегазовой отрасли, создадут условия для ускорения освоения и развития новых и существующих месторождений. В связи с этим в статье поставлена цель разработки модели реализации эффективной системы транспортировки нефтепродуктов на основе использования дирижаблей. Для достижения поставленной цели решаются задачи определения каждого из элементов этой модели: социального, экономического, организационного, правового, технического и технологического. Исследование проведено на основе использования метода системного подхода. В результате проведенного исследования было выявлено, что каждый элемент предлагаемой модели может быть представлен конкретным специфическим механизмом, совокупность которых представляет собой комплексный механизм реализации эффективной системы транспортировки нефти и нефтепродуктов, что создает условия для практической реализации разработанной модели.
