The paper contains the results of the study of the hydrological regime of the lower reaches of the Ob river in modern conditions and in the past, the features and factors of changes of its main characteristics for the period of observations, which regulate water use in the region. New estimates of annual and seasonal river runoff, characteristics of temperature and ice regime, their long-term changes are given. The features of the transformation of climatic and anthropogenic changes of the hydrological regime of the Ob river along its channel and up to the river end and estuaries, the possibility of the influence of large-scale water management in the southern part of the catchment on the long-term fluctuations of water, sediment and temperature regime of the lower Ob are shown. The information basis was the materials of hydrological observations at 65 gauges as of 2017. : Статья содержит результаты исследования гидрологического режима нижнего течения р. Оби в современных условиях и в прошлом, особенностей и факторов изменений его основных характеристик за период наблюдений, регулирующих водопользование в регионе. Приведены новые оценки годового и сезонного речного стока, характеристик температурно-ледового режима, их многолетних изменений. Показаны особенности трансформации климатических и антропогенных изменений гидрологического режима Оби по длине ее русла и вплоть до замыкающего и устьевого створов, возможность влияния крупномасштабной водохозяйственной в южной части водосбора на многолетний ход стока воды и наносов, температурный режим нижней Оби. Информационной основой послужили материалы гидрологических наблюдений на 65 постах по состоянию на 2017 г. : №1(102) (2019)
