в статье рассмотрены основные проблемы развития Арктической зоны Российской Федерации, выполнен анализ реализации государственной программы «Социально-экономическое развитие Арктической зоны Российской Федерации». : the paper focuses on the basic problems of the legislative framework for the Arctic zone development of the Russian Federation.
