В статье предлагается система базовых проектов, нацеленных на решение основных современных проблем социальноэкономического развития Арктики низового уровня проблем жизнеобеспечения удаленных поселений, энергетической и продовольственной безопасности, повседневной жизни людей в условиях Арктики. При этом предлагаются не только мегапроекты, но и специфическая арктическая техника, специализированные домостроительные технологии, специализированная еда и одежда, особые институциональные нормы. : The article proposes the system of basic projects aimed at solving the main modern grassroots level problems of socialeconomic development of the Arctic region the problems of life necessities of the remote settlements, security of energy and food supply and everyday life problems of people within the Arctic conditions. Thereat not only the megaprojects have been suggested, but also there is a need for peculiar arctic equipment, specific housebuilding technologies, specific food and clothing, special institutional standards. : №2(10) (2019)
