В статье освещены основные формы государственного и партийного управления общественно-политической жизнью в Якутской АССР в годы Великой Отечественной войны; отмечена передача приоритета советам народных депутатов в реализации директив руководства страны, в отличие от первичных организаций ВКП (б) сложившихся повсеместно. Показаны методы и инструменты идеологического руководства со стороны советско-партийных и общественно-политических институтов, органов ВКП (б), ВЛКСМ, профсоюзов, женсоветов, ОСОАВИАХИМа и др. по подготовке и проведению агитационно-массовой, лекционной работы, массовой пропаганды посредством газет, журналов, кино. Рассмотрен подход центральных органов к повышению патриотического подъема населения через использование регионального национального компонента в идеологической работе. Как и по всей стране, в Якутской АССР вся социальная жизнь была подчинена основной задаче укрепления обороны, мобилизации человеческих и материальных ресурсов, поэтому представлялась важной военно-спортивная подготовка молодежи призывного возраста. Изучены правовые документы, определявшие значимость общественно-политической деятельности в военное время : The article highlights the main forms of state and party management of social and political life in The Yakut ASSR during the Great Patriotic war; the transfer of priority to the Soviets of people's deputies in the implementation of the directives of the country's leadership, in contrast to the primary organizations of the All-Union Communist party prevailing everywhere; the methods and tools of ideological leadership by the Soviet-party and Social-political institutions, bodies of the All-Union Communist party, the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League of the Soviet Union, Trade Unions, Women's Councils, Society for the Promotion of Defence, Aviation and Chemical Construction, etc. for the preparation and holding of mass agitation, lectures, mass propaganda through Newspapers, magazines, film, to improve the labor enthusiasm, competitions and forms. The approach of the Central Authorities to increase the Patriotic rise of the population through the use of the regional national component in ideological work is shown, so there were conditions for the publication of G.P. Basharin's book “Three Yakut realists-enlighteners (from the history of social thought of pre-revolutionary Yakutia)”. As throughout the country in the Yakut ASSR all social life was subordinated to the main task of strengthening the defense, mobilization of human and material resources, so it seemed important military sports training of young people of military age.
