В статье представлен системный анализ развития нефтяной промышленности Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа (ХМАО - Югры) в прошлом Цикле времени (2005-2020 гг.). Раскрывается значение природно-ресурсного потенциала (ПРП) региональной экономики в решении знаковых общественных проблем округа и обеспечении энергетической безопасности государства. Интерпретация результатов системного анализа констатирует географические особенности развития «базовых» отраслей региональной экономики в климатических условиях российского Севера и приравненной к нему местности. Определяются перспективные направления развития топливно-энергетического комплекса (ТЭКа) Субъекта Федерации с учетом трансформации международных отношений России, конъюнктуры котировок цен на нефть и природный газ Мировых сырьевых рынков. В работе нашли применение, как общенаучные, так и специальные методы исследований: ретроспективный анализ динамики основных индикаторов добычи Западно-сибирской нефти и природного газа; экспертные оценки и сопоставления статистических показателей; графики, рисунки, и таблицы, методологии их группировок и классификаций; описывается «базовых» критериев региональной экономики, характеризующих тренды развития нефтяной промышленности Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа (ХМАО - Югры) на основаниях прошлых, настоящих и будущих Циклов времени. : The article presents a systematic analysis of the development of the oil industry of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug (KhMAO-Yugra) in the last Time Cycle (2005-2020). The importance of the natural resource potential (PRP) of the regional economics in solving significant social problems of the district and ensuring the energy security of the state is revealed. The interpretation of the results of the system analysis states the geographical features of the development of the» basic » branches of the regional economics in the climatic conditions of the Russian North and the area equated to it.The prospective directions of development of the fuel and energy complex (fuel and energy complex) of the Subject of the Federation are determined, taking into account the transformation of Russia’s international relations, the conjuncture of oil and natural gas prices on the World commodity markets. Both general scientific and special research methods were used in the work: a retrospective analysis of the dynamics of the main indicators of West Siberian oil and natural gas production; expert assessments and comparisons of statistical indicators; graphs, figures, and tables, methods of their groupings and classifications; The article describes the structure of the «basic» criteria of the regional economics that characterize the trends in the development of the oil industry of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug (KhMAO - Yugra) on the basis of past, present and future Time Cycles.
