Статья посвящена истории функционирования пушной отрасли Ямало-Ненецкого национального округа накануне и в годы Великой Отечественной войны, - актуальной проблеме современной российской исторической науки, представляющей интерес в рамках изучения истории тыловых регионов в 1941-1945 гг. Новизна статьи заключается в расширении знаний по истории функционирования одной из основных отраслей экономики региона накануне и во время войны на основе архивных материалов. Задачи статьи - осветить состояние отрасли перед войной, охарактеризовать трудовые и материальные ресурсы отрасли военный период, обобщить информацию по объёмам заготовки пушнины. В статье дана характеристика отрасли на 1940 г., в частности рассмотрены вопросы о составе промысловой фауны и способах лова, количестве факторий и охотников, занятых на промысле, представлена информация о наличии охотничьего инвентаря в округе. На основе архивных материалов представлена информация по пушным заготовкам в регионе годы войны, в частности, указаны объёмы заготовок, количество охотников, рассмотрены меры стимулирования и способы поощрения лучших охотников. : The article is devoted to the history of the functioning of the fur industry of the Yamal-Nenets national district on the eve and during the Great Patriotic War, an urgent problem of modern Russian historical science, which is of interest in the study of the history of rear regions in 1941-1945. The novelty of the article lies in the expansion of knowledge on the history of the functioning of one of the main branches of the regional economy on the eve and during the war based on archival materials. The objectives of the article are to highlight the state of the industry before the war, to characterize the labor and material resources of the industry during the war period, to summarize information on the volume of fur procurement. The article gives a characteristic of the industry for 1940, in particular, it discusses questions about the composition of the commercial fauna and methods of fishing, the number of trading posts and hunters employed in the trade, provides information on the availability of hunting equipment in the district. On the basis of archival materials, information is presented on fur procurements in the region during the war years, in particular, the volumes of procurements, the number of hunters is indicated, incentive measures and ways to encourage the best hunters are considered.
