Статья посвящена исследованию формирования аудитивных навыков на уроках английского языка посредством использования платформы Kahoot в якутской школе. Актуальность исследования обусловлена тем, что учащиеся якутских школ показывают довольно низкие результаты по развитию восприятия и понимания английской устной речи. С целью формирования аудитивных навыков на уроках английского языка необходимы новые методы, которые могут вовлечь учеников в учебный процесс и создать все условия, которые заинтересуют их своей инновационностью и информативностью. Так, одним из вариантов реализации информационной среды и формирования аудитивных навыков с учетом родного языка и культуры является использование разнообразных интернет-ресурсов, а в частности платформы Kahoot – условно бесплатного и увлекательного сервиса с многочисленными функциями и возможностями. Результаты проведенного оценочно-диагностического теста контрольного этапа на выявление уровня владения навыками аудирования по английскому языку учащимися 7-го класса дали основание констатировать наличие положительного педагогического эффекта проведенной экспериментальной работы. Об этом свидетельствует повышение уровня навыка аудирования на контрольном этапе по сравнению с констатирующим. Предлагаемая методика обучения может быть применена при очной и дистанционной формах обучения. : The article is dedicated to a study of auditory skills development in English lessons through the use of the Kahoot platform in Yakut schools. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that schoolchildren of Yakut schools show rather low results in development of perception and understanding of English oral speech. In order to form auditory skills in English lessons, new methods are needed that can involve students in the educational process and create all the conditions that will interest them with their innovation and informativeness. Thus, one of the options for implementing the information environment and forming listening skills, taking into account the native language and culture, is the use of various Internet resources, and in particular the Kahoot platform – a shareware and exciting service with numerous functions and capabilities. Results of evaluation and diagnostic test of the control stage to identify the level of proficiency in listening skills in English by students of the 7th grade gave reason to state that there is a positive pedagogical effect of the experimental work carried out. This is evidenced by an increase in the dynamics of the level of listening skills at the control stage compared to the ascertaining one. The proposed teaching methodology can be applied in full-time and distance learning.
