Summary:The data include a time series of locally-adjusted mean monthly average temperatures for the study area; a time series of the normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) for the study area derived from Landsat 5, 7, and 8 imagery; annual NDVI composites for the study area; raw measurements and standardized chronologies of shrub growth; daily air and soil temperature measurements used in the calculation of plot-level Nival Season Offsets and Thawing Season Offsets; output of electrical resistivity tomography analysis (three transects); soil moisture measurements taken at the study site from 2009 to 2013.
