Description
Summary:The file contains carbon and nitrogen stable isotope values for active layer mineral and organic soils from the 2015 pluck (harvest) at Toolik Research Station, Alaska. Permafrost soils were continuously fertilized for three decades beginning in 1981. Fertilization consisted of once yearly addition of nitrogen (10 grams ammonium nitrate per square meter) and phosphorus (5 grams phosphorus pentoxide per square meter) at spring melt.
