Dieser Beitrag untersucht parasitäres Erzählen in Sami Saids Roman Väldigt sällan fin (2012) auf der Basis von Michel Serresʼ Konzept des Parasiten. Es wird von der Prämisse ausgegangen, dass dem Text ein dichotomes Selbst-Fremd-Verständnis des Ich-Erzählers (Noha) zugrunde liegt, das als »ich/nicht-ich«-Konstrukt verstanden werden kann. Allerdings unterläuft der Ich-Erzähler diese Differenz immer wieder und erweist sich auf diese Weise als unzuverlässig. Dies legt die Grundlage zur produktiven Veränderung seines Sozialverständnisses und somit seines Erzählens, so die These des Beitrags. Im Mittelpunkt der Untersuchung stehen insbesondere die Wir-Erzählungen zweier Figuren, die Nohas »ich/nicht-ich«-Konstrukt zuwiderlaufen und ein komplexes Erzählgeschehen in Gang setzen, das sich als »parasitär« im Sinne Serresʼ beschreiben lässt. ... : In this article, I will examine the phenomenon of parasitic narration in Sami Saidʼs novel Väldigt sällan fin (2012) using Michel Serresʼs concept of the parasite. My observations are based on the premise that the novelʼs firstperson narrator (Noha) shows a dichotomous understanding of the self as opposed to another that can be understood as an I/non-I construct. However, he repeatedly undermines this difference and thereby proves unreliable. I will show that this unreliability provides the basis for productively changing his social conception and therefore his narration. The study particularly focuses on the we-narratives of two characters that run counter to Nohaʼs I/non-I construct and implement complex narrative situations that can be described as »parasitic« in Serresʼs sense. ...
