Description
Summary:Three soil cores were collected from the lowlands of the Syoyakha (Sy), Murtyyakha (Mu), and Taz rivers (Ta), Northwest area of the Yamal-Nets Autonomous Region. The soil samples from each horizon, supra-permafrost water, water from the small streams nearby soil cores and water from the rivers that streams flow into, were collected. The raw dataset of chemical analysis is shown in the file (text/csv) as below: 1-3: Elemental concentrations of each genetic horizon in Ta, Sy and Mu soil core. 4: Elemental concentrations of each genetic horizon in soil porewater of Ta, Sy, Mu soil core. 5-7: Soil temperature (°C) at different depths in Mu, Sy and Ta soil core. 8-10: Elemental concentrations of supra-permafrost water in Mu, Sy and Ta soil core. 11-13: Elemental concentrations of surrounding stream and river close to Mu, Sy and Ta soil core. 14: 14. DIC, DOC, CO2 and CH4 concentrations in surface streams close to Ta, Sy and Mu soil core.
