Summary: | This scoping review aims to explore and assess the complementary between the values and approaches of the Canadian occupational therapy profession and Nunavut’s Inuit Quajimajatuqanjit (IQ), that is, Inuit Societal Values. Assessing the complementary of both sets of values and approaches will help determine what the profession of occupational therapy can learn from IQ. We anticipate that IQ values and practices will provide insights that occupational therapists can apply when establishing collaborative relationships with Inuit organizations to address Inuit mental health. The scoping review format will assist in exploring academic and grey literature to gather insights on IQ, which has not yet been comprehensively explored. ... |
