Excel file contains sample level data (each sample being 1 row, equating to approx. 10 nautical miles of tow, 3m3 of filtered seawater), for the above taxa. For each taxa, values indicate abundance (according to standard CPR methodology, see Richardson et al. 2006, Prog in Oceanog 68. 27-74), values of 0.001 indicate presence only, zero values are absence of taxon.
