Summary:Excel file containing CPR data from the North West Passage in 2021, sample level data (each sample being 1 row, equating to approx. 10 nautical miles of tow, 3m3 of filtered seawater). There are 4 excel sheets, the first 3 contains the taxa abundance counts, the second contains the taxa names. For each taxa, values indicate abundance (according to standard CPR methodology, see Richardson et al. 2006, Prog in Oceanog 68. 27-74), values of 0.001 indicate presence only, zero values are absence of taxon.
