Summary: | In June 2015, an Exo-2 multiparameter probe (YSI, Xylem Inc., USA) was installed at the historical gauging station location. Observation spans from June 2015 to September 2018. The probe hourly records water level, temperature, conductivity, turbidity, pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), and fDOM (fluorescent dissolved organic matter) values. : The fDOM signal, with a single excitation (365±5 nm) and emission (480±40 nm) wavelength couple is a proxy for DOC concentration (Downing et al., 2012).The raw fDOM data were corrected following the sequential correction procedure described by De Oliveira et al. (2018). The correction was limited to temperature and turbidity correction, as the absorbance at 254 nm (A254) was always <0.6. |
