QC runs are Quality Control runs for the UPLC-HRMS experiment (also deposited in metabolights). ... : Sponge specimens were collected in the Davis Strait area between 2011 and 2015 by the crews of the R/V Pâmiut of the Greenland Institute of Natural Resources during cruises conducted by Fisheries and Oceans Canada. Sponges were dredged using Alfredo or Cosmos benthic trawls at depths between 244 m and 1481 m.
