Species identification of all seven specimens collected at station PS77/281-1 was done by Luisa Federwisch and resulted in two Anoxycalyx (Scolymastra) joubini and five Rossella cf. nuda. The sponges collected at stations PS77/257-2 and PS77/281-1 were used for biomass analysis by Fillinger et al.
