(2017) to genotype our samples Markers were amplified in three different 10 μL multiplex reactions following the protocol by Lagostina et al. (2017). PCR amplicons were electrophoresed using an Applied Biosystems 3730 platform, with the LIZ 600 size standard (Applied Biosystems, Waltham, Mass., USA) and allele sizes were manually scored using the Geneious 10 microsatellites tool (Kearse et al., 2012).
