Ocean microstructure measurements in the Filchner Depression, Antarctica, during the RRS Ernest Shackleton cruise ES060

Profiles of dissipation rate of TKE measured during ES060. The vertical microstructure profiler VMP2000- SN009 is used. Profiles are averages from the two shear probes. The temperature and salinity profiles are from the pumped SBE sensors on the same instrument.
