Summary:Sedimentation and the early diagenetic processes have been studied in surface sediments from the NE-Greenland shelf and continental slope. I have used these data together with geochemical and sedimentological investigations from seven long sediment cores from the NE- and E-Greenland continental margin between 80' and 72' N for reconstructing the paleoenvironmental history of the East- Greenland-Current (ff).
