Summary: | Small-format aerial images were taken in summer 2007 of Samoylov Island from from heights between 600 m and 800 m. Images overlapped so that photogrammetric methods allowed the determination of 3D coordinates (stereoscopy). All points of the DEM, with a resolution on the ground of 10 m, have a horizontal and vertical accuracy better than 1.0 m. DEM was transformd to UTM WGS84, 52N. Sinks were filled in ArcGIS (version 9) to produce a hydrologically correct DEM.See "further details" for an overview image. ... |
