Description
Summary:This data set was acquired with a ship-based Echosounder Sonar, Fluorometer, Thermosalinograph, Navigation system, and Meteorological Sensor during Nathaniel B. Palmer expedition NBP1103 conducted in 2011 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Laura Robinson). These data files are of JGOFS format and include Visible Radiation, Navigation, Conductivity, Salinity, Meteorological, Temperature, Infrared Radiation, Fluorescence, and Bathymetry data. This data set was created from calibrated data decimated at 1-minute intervals. Several fields are derived measurements from more than a single raw input. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Collaborative Research: Historic Perspectives on Climate and Biogeography from Deep-Sea Corals in the Drake Passage, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): ANT09-44474.
