Description
Summary:This data set was acquired with a ship-based ODEC Bathy2000 Echosounder Sonar, Turner Designs 10-AU-005 Fluorometer, Echosounder Sonar, Thermosalinograph, Meteorological Sensor, Fluorometer, and Navigation system during Nathaniel B. Palmer expedition NBP0401 conducted in 2004 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Terry Wilson). These data files are of JGOFS format and include Meteorological, Fluorescence, Temperature, Bathymetry, Visible Radiation, Infrared Radiation, Navigation, Salinity, and Conductivity data. This data set was created from calibrated data decimated at 1-minute intervals. Several fields are derived measurements from more than a single raw input. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Neotectonic Structure of Terror Rift, Western Ross Sea, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OPP01-25624 and ANT01-26279.
