Description
Summary:This data set was acquired with a ship-based Gravimeter and Subbottom Profiler during Nathaniel B. Palmer expedition NBP0103 conducted in 2001 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Peter Wiebe). These data files are of MGD77 format and include Bathymetry, Gravity (Field and Free Air Anomaly) data that were processed during the cruise. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): SO GLOBEC: Seabird distribution and abundance, SO GLOBEC: Water-column phytoplankton primary productivity, SO GLOBEC: Zooplankton distribution, abundance in the water column and sea-ice/water column boundary, SO GLOBEC: Water-column nutrient analysis, and SO GLOBEC: Hydrographic modeling, both biological and physical, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OPP02-34163, OPP05-23166, OPP05-28728, OPP92-07157, ANT99-10007, OPP99-10096, and OPP99-40880
