Summary:This data set was acquired with a ship-based Knudsen 320BR Echosounder Sonar, Meteorological Sensor, Thermosalinograph, Navigation system, and Fluorometer during Laurence M. Gould expedition LMG0302 conducted in 2003 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Robert Beardsley). These data files are of JGOFS format and include Visible Radiation, Salinity, Meteorological, Bathymetry, Navigation, Temperature, Fluorescence, Infrared Radiation, and Conductivity data. This data set was created from calibrated data decimated at 1-minute intervals. Several fields are derived measurements from more than a single raw input. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): SO GLOBEC: Mysticete Whale Acoustic Census in the GLOBEC West Antarctic Project Area and SO GLOBEC: Circulation and Water Property Evolution, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): ANT99-10007.
